Why breakups happens? The reasons-

Relationships are all about breakups nowadays. I keep hearing about the breakups of the people who were my ideal couple. I used to watch them and learn how to love people. How to trust people. But why is everyone breaking up?

There are basically many reasons behind it. But if I have to consider only one reason then, it will be the Gen-Z effect. 

So, what really is the Gen-Z effect?

There's no such term in the dictionary but I have a thought about this. It goes like this, "Today's generation is sadder than mankind has ever seen." 

How can I say such a bold statement?

Well, nowadays people are using their phones not for information but for validation. Everyone is judging themselves by seeing other's life. And this is making them sad.

People are vulnerable. So when they don't get the validation from the people they are in love with, they breakup. 

Life isn't binary but we always come to two choices. And most of us choose being sad than being happy.
